🥩🍍 I tried the viral meat and fruit diet, so that you don’t have to.
I was noticing some bloating and indigestion after eating some veggies, so I thought I might play with cutting them out to see what happens.
I learned that some plants (not all) definitely impact my digestion. But on the other hand, I struggled having fruit as my sole carbohydrate source.
My takeaway: Success in nutrition comes from protein, quality, and total amounts of nutrients consumed, more than it comes from specific food groups. 🙌
